BODY
CARE
- If you
have ashy scaly elbows, cut a lemon, squeeze out the juice and
sit your elbows in the lemon cups for 6-12 minutes. The lemon
acids will gently exfoliate your skin.
- Apart from
regular use of natural products, take care of yourself by eating
healthy, drinking lots of water, exercising regularly and sleeping
well to look and feel you best.
FACE
CARE
- For
Acned Skin: Use cooling pack with water if infected.
Clear Face Pack with rose water if not infected.
- For
Ageing Skin: Use Almond Cream on face and eye area every
night, and regularly massage your skin with Honey Dew Cream or
Almond Oil.
HAIR
CARE
- To avoid
greasy hair, scrub your scalp very lightly when washing hair.
When the scalp is scrubbed harshly, sebaceous glands are activated,
and this produces more oils.
- Egg adds
protein to your hair, so if you have damaged, fragile, or even
tinted hair, try adding egg to your hair pack. It is very gentle
and gives your hair a lot of nourishment.
- Massaging
with nourishing oil once or twice a week and massage of the scalp
with the fingertips after a cold bath helps to stop hair loss
by increasing blood circulation and providing your scalp with
adequate nourishment.
- Hair packs
too should be applied on a regular basis to help condition the
hair and control hair fall.
FOOT
CARE
- For perfect
summer feet, place your feet in hot water with rose water and
bath salt before going to bed. After approximately 20 minutes
take them out, massage with a lot of foot cream or foot scrub.

also find that you are a lot closer to a good laugh.
Take
control:
- Understanding
that the real cause of stress is not disappointment, fear, negative
expectations, or the people around you but your own attitude toward
these things makes it easier to control your reaction to the perceived
stress.
- You need
to either actively work towards changing the situation or decide
to change your attitude towards it. It is when we feel “I
choose my life” that we are the drivers on the journey through
life, we have more control.
